What to Know Before Applying
Please review the key vendor requirements below before submitting your application.
For more detailed information, please also read the Vendor FAQ.
- Vendor Approval Required
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Vendors are selected based on festival needs, product/service fit, available space, and overall vendor balance. - Festival Tickets Required
All vendors must purchase a general admission ticket in addition to their booth fees. Every person working your booth must have their own ticket. - Telegram Required
All approved vendors must join the private vendor Telegram group. This is where official vendor updates, booth assignments, setup details, power information, and time-sensitive announcements will be shared. - Power Cable Requirements
If your booth requires power, you must bring your own heavy-duty 10 or 12-gauge power cable and power strip. Estimated cable lengths will be provided before the festival. - Important Vendor Dates
Vendor Setup Day: Thursday, October 8th
Vendor Breakdown/Cleanup: Sunday, October 11th (evening) through Monday morning. - Operating Hours
Standard booth hours are typically 10 AM – 6 PM, but vendors—especially food vendors—are welcome to serve outside those hours (e.g. early AM breakfast, late-night snacks).
