Join Us as a Vendor!

We’re now accepting vendor applications for the 2026 Beartaria Times National Festival. We’re looking for makers, bakers, builders, artists, creators, food vendors, and service providers who are a strong fit for our family-friendly festival community.

All vendors must apply and be approved before participating.

Festival Dates

October 9–11, 2026 (Friday–Sunday)

Application Deadline

Vendor applications will be accepted through Sept 1, 2026—approximately 45 days before the festival. Applications received after this date will not be considered.

Vendor Fees

Vendor fees are based on booth type and space size.

Non-Food Vendor

$100

10' x 10' booth

10' x 20' booth

Power hookup available

Festival Tickets Not Included

Every person working your booth must have their own festival ticket.

Campground Donors

Campground donors who have donated $400+ receive 50% off their vendor fees.

Food Vendor

2 Adult G.A. Tickets Included

Additional booth workers must purchase their own festival tickets.

Campground Donors

Campground donors who have donated $400+ receive $100 off their vendor fees.

Additional Booth Space

Need more room? Each additional 10' x 10' booth space is $100.
Additional booth space does not include additional festival tickets.

All vendor fees are non-refundable if selected.

Ticket Requirements
- Non-Food Vendors: Tickets purchased separately.
- Food Vendors: 2 adult G.A. tickets included.
Telegram Required
Official vendor communication happens in the private group.
Power Cable Requirements
Power available; vendors bring cables and power strips.
Important Vendor Dates
- Vendor Setup Day: Thursday, October 8th
- Festival Dates: Oct 9–11th
- Vendor Breakdown/Cleanup: Sunday, October 11th (evening) through Monday morning.

Acknowledgments

Vendor Space & Fee Acknowledgment

I understand that no vendor fee is due when I submit my application. If approved, I will receive payment instructions and must pay the applicable non-refundable vendor fee to complete onboarding and secure my vendor space. Approval alone does not reserve my spot.

Power Requirements Acknowledgment

I understand that access to power is included with my vendor fee. However, electrical capacity is limited. I must disclose all appliances, equipment, and power needs in advance, and any high-draw equipment or special electrical requirements must be approved by the Vendor Manager.

Vendor Ticket Acknowledgment

I understand that ticket requirements depend on vendor type. Non-food vendor fees do not include festival tickets. Food vendor fees include two adult general admission tickets. Any additional booth workers must purchase their own tickets.

Agreement to Telegram Participation

I understand that all vendor communications will take place via a private Telegram group, and I agree to join this group as part of the onboarding process.

Conduct & Responsibility Acknowledgment

I understand that vendors are expected to operate professionally and respectfully, in alignment with the family-friendly and self-reliant values of the festival.
