Join Us as a Vendor!

We’re excited to open applications for vendors to be part of the 4th Annual Beartaria Times National Festival! Each year, this multi-day celebration brings together a vibrant, family-oriented community of makers, builders, producers, and visionaries. If you’re ready to share your goods, food, or services in a high-energy, purpose-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What to Know Before Applying

Vendor Fee: $100 (non-refundable) if selected.
This helps cover power access and continued infrastructure growth.
Vendor fee is waived for registered campground donors.
Festival Tickets: All vendors are required to purchase a general admission ticket.
Power Access: If approved, vendors must supply their own heavy-duty 10 or 12-gauge power cable and power strip. Required cable length will be provided.
Vendor Communication: All official updates are shared via a private Telegram group. A Telegram account is required.
Operating Hours: Standard booth hours are typically 10 AM – 6 PM, but vendors—especially food vendors—are welcome to serve outside those hours (e.g. breakfast, late-night snacks).
Application Deadline: Vendor applications will be accepted through July 1, 2025—approximately 60 days before the festival. Applications received after this date will not be considered.

Acknowledgments

Vendor Fee Acknowledgment

I understand that, if approved, I will be required to pay a $100 non-refundable vendor fee in order to be officially onboarded. This fee includes a power hookup and supports festival infrastructure.

Vendor Ticket Acknowledgment

I understand that each vendor must also purchase their own festival ticket separately. Tickets are required for all attendees, including vendors. Vendor fee is waived for registered campground donors.

Agreement to Telegram Participation

I understand that all vendor communications will take place via a private Telegram group, and I agree to join this group as part of the onboarding process.

Conduct & Responsibility Acknowledgment

I understand that vendors are expected to operate professionally and respectfully, in alignment with the family-friendly and self-reliant values of the festival.
